California: Lake Forest Councilman nearly all of donations to effort against three fellow councilmembers

The recall effort against Councilmen Andrew Hamilton, Dwight Robinson and Scott Voights over a road project (and their accepting donations from a developer) has taken an interesting turn, as the fourth council member, Jim Gardner has been revealed as the main monetary backer of the recall -- handing in nearly $30,000 in cash. Gardner claims the issue has to due with a county animal shelter with a high kill rate.
