Kansas: Lincoln Board of Ed member facing recall threats over home-schooling

Matt Schulte, the newly elected Lincoln Board of Education member, is facing recall threats over his home-schooling of his two oldest children, though he told voters in a questionnaire that they would attend the local public school.
