Minnesota: Petitions handed in against Willmar City Councilman

Since it adopted the recall state-wide in 1996, I don't believe Minnesota has ever used it. The recall of Willmar Councilman Ron Christianson over the firing of a city administrator and the cost of the separation agreement (petitioners have three acts of malfeasance listed). They needed 737 signatures (25% of registered voters). They handed in almost 900.
