California: Patterson Councilwoman facing recall threats over behavior at Senior Center

Petitions are been started against Patterson Councilwoman Sheree Lustgarten, with the council itself calling for her resignation. The issue was a complaint that she was aggressive with and intimidated seniors after getting involved with a senior meals task force (she has a TRO barring her from the center). She also was reported to have threatened a fellow council member if he leaded information out of a closed session,

Petitioners would need about 1800 signatures (25% of registereds) to get on the ballot.
