California: Anti-Vaccine petitions start recall attempts against two state Senators

Petitions are being taken out against two state Senators; Senator Richard Pan (D- Sacramento) and Senator Bill Monning (D-Carmel) over their support for a bill (SB 277) that would require proof of vaccination before children can enroll in public schools and eliminate the personal belief exemption. Pan is a co-author of the bill, which passed the Senate 25-11.

Petitioners need 75,000 signatures to get the recall of Monning on the ballot.
