Benton Harbor recalls of Mayor James Hightower and Commissioner Marcus Mohammad is back on the November ballot, thanks to a judge's ruling. The original recall was stopped on May 4, which lead to five felony counts against one of the activists, who is alleged to have changed the dates on signatures. However, the Judge found that 21 signatures from people who had signed twice were valid. The clerk threw out both signatures.
