Three Tusayan City Council members, including Mayor Greg Bryan, are facing a recall vote on March 13, over the council's approval of a 374 acre resort, shopping and housing plan just south of the Grand Canyon entrance. With 558 residents, the recall required 15 signatures to get on the ballot. Only 28 residents own their own homes. The development plan is going to go on the ballot for a referendum in May.
